In her new role, Poku will lead communications strategy for both AFIA and the Institute for Feed Education and Research (IFEEDER), and support the AFIA Marketing and Communications Committee and IFEEDER Education and Engagement Committee. “We are thrilled to welcome Cornelia to the AFIA team,” said Broehm. Most recently, she managed a $3.1 million marketing and communications budget for AmeriCorps Seniors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from American University and a master’s in education from Lesley University.
