Tweedie graduated from LaGrange High School in 1973 and continued her education in the medical assistant field, graduating in 1975. Tweedie dedicated her life to the medical field, where her compassion and skill made a lasting impact on countless lives. Tweedie was a fiercely independent woman—self-sufficient, resourceful, and always ready to tackle any challenge. Tweedie loved family holidays and was known for preparing grand feasts that brought everyone together. Tweedie is survived by her grandchildren, Gavin and Lilly Stevens, her two sons, Stephen Mifsud, Daniel Stevens, his wife, Heather Stevens, and four step-grandchildren, Landon, Aria, Sam, and Jarrett; her father, Millard Adcock, his wife, Myrtice C Adcock; and her sister, Wanda A. Bazanta.
