The LaGrange softball team moved one step closer to clinching a spot in the 2025 state playoffs with its 4-1 region win over Mary Persons. LaGrange would return the favor with an error, allowing a Bulldog run to score and tie the game in the top of the second. Adcock laid down a bunt to send the fourth run home of the game for the home side. LaGrange has won five of its last six games to improve to 11-6 overall and 9-5 in region play.
