Travel retailer Dufry Group has revealed a new organisational structure following “transformational growth steps” with the acquisitions of The Nuance Group and World Duty Free Group. Dufry also said it had adjusted its organisational structure to reflect the strong growth and increased geographic footprint. The company’s new organisational structure will be consolidated into five geographical divisions, headed by division CEOs, all reporting to the Group CEO. Division one covers Southern Europe and Africa, Division two, UK and Central and Eastern Europe, Division three, Asia, Middle East and Australia, Division four, Latin America and Division five, North America. Each of them has been a key player in the development of our company or of their former organisations and will continue to be in their new functions within Dufry Group.
