Over the weekend, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a surprise appearance at Kevin Costner’s home in Summerland, California at a benefit concert in support of Santa Barbara County first responders. At the charity concert, Prince Harry presented the Heart of the Community Award to the County Fire Department’s Peer-to-Peer mental health program.
