MizzimaA Myanmar junta airstrike on a village in Sagaing Region killed a woman and injured 15 others, including children, local residents said. The strike occurred at around 11:20 am on 22 September, when a jet fighter dropped two bombs on Kyi Su village in southwest Kanbalu Township. The bombs hit the village monastery and school, where many displaced people had taken shelter. Many residents have fled to towns or forests, while others are living in makeshift shelters. Local residents are living in temporary huts.
