It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane after a courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). Diane, devoted wife to Richard for 45 years. Loving mother of Rob (Brie Stevenson), and grandmother of Jacob, Bailey, Taylor and Jordan. Dear sister to Nancy Wiegand (Murray). She will be dearly remembered by her nephews (Karl and Ray) and great niece Charlotte. Diane was a dedicated member of the Peel District School Board for over 50 years. She will be missed by all of her friends and former colleagues. Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Monday, March 27, 2023 between 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
