Connie passed away in her 69th year from colon cancer at her home in Calgary on May 17, 2023. Left to immensely mourn her are her husband Ted Gibson, daughter Shannon Miller (Mike), grandsons Brian Finnigan of Nova Scotia and Eric Finnigan of Calgary and granddaughter Holly Miller of Calgary, sister Bonnie Buckley (Charlie) of Guelph, brother Ken McCarl (Tamara) of Cambridge, and sister-in-law Carol Macdonald of Toronto. Also survived by her nieces and nephews Bill Buckley of Calgary, Aaron Buckley, Stephanie Buckley, Kayla Ashley, Zach and Ryan McCarl all of Guelph. Also greatly devastated is her mother Mary Roach McCarl of Guelph. Predeceased by her father Ken McCarl Sr. (2005).A graveside service and celebration of life to be held in Guelph in mid July, 2023 Internment at Stone united church cemetery, Eramosa township.
