Francis Joseph Kelly passed away peacefully on Aug. 4, 2023 at Allendale Longterm Care Home, Milton at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of Patricia Rose Kelly. Loving father of Audra Kelly (Keith Flasher), Andrea Kelly-Loosemore (Paul Loosemore). Devoted grandfather of Alexandrea Loosemore, Joshua Loosemore, Alyssa Kelly-Flasher and Nathan Kelly-Flasher.
