1957-2024 Sadly, Patricia Ann Thomas passed away at Hamilton General Health Sciences Hospital on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the age of 66 years old. She died peacefully with family at her side. Pat was predeceased by her parents, David and Margaret; and stepmother, Eve. Pat was the beloved sister of Nancy Jobin, John (Susan) Thomas, and Gordon (Donna Simmonds) Thomas, and was adored by nieces Cheryl Hinks, Christine Jobin, Caroline Thomas, Ash Horgan, Trystan Jobin, and nephew, Jordan Simmons. Pat was fiercely independent and always lived life on her terms. She would want to be remembered for her kindness, love of animals, quick wit, astute intelligence, and love of art. Most of all, she would want to be remembered for her laugh! A celebration for friends and family to share memories of Pat has been planned for Saturday, May 4th, from 2-4 p.m., at The Wall-Custance Funeral Home and Chapel, 206 Norfolk Street, Guelph, ON. For those that wish, the family would prefer a donation to the charity of your choice, The Guelph Humane Society or The Mark Preece Family House.
