Feb 18, 1953 - Dec 3, 2024 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Patrick Scremin. Patrick was the only son to Francoise and Marcel Scremin of Guelph, and beloved brother to his sisters Nicole and Chantal. Patrick was a proud husband to his wife Leeann who predeceased him in 2017. Pat will be forever in the hearts of his children and grandchildren Nadine (Paul), Dustin and Jacob, Dylan (Leeann), Jeremy (Jill) and Deedee (Scott), Kylie and Horatio. Pat was passionate about his career as a mechanic at Honda during his many years in the Automotive Industry. You would always find Pat working on a neighbour' s car or golf cart in his garage on the weekends. Patrick also enjoyed the outdoors alongside Leeann and his children, taking many trips to the lake where he spent endless hours fishing. A special Thank You to Harvey, who provided friendship and support in Pat's final days. The family will be hosting a celebration of life on Saturday, Dec 7, 2024, between 3-5 p.m., in the hall of The Church of the Apostles. Located at 86 Glasgow St. N., Guelph ON N1H 4W2.
