Dec 26, 1939 - Jan 30, 2025 Irma Hertel went to meet her Lord and Saviour on Thursday January 30, 2025, at Huronlea Home for the Aged in Brussels. At the age of 85. Predeceased by her brothers Dominic and Mike and her sister Ann. Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her sister Lena Tavascia. Beloved mother of Jeffrey, LoriAnn and Gregory. Remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer, Nathaniel, Connor and Tristan. Great-grandmother to Skyla, Gage and Silas. Great-great-grandmother to Maui. Family wishes to express their gratitude to Huronlea staff for their care and compassion for the last six years. Cremation has taken place with interment at Elma Centre Cemetery, Atwood in the spring of 2025. Celebration of Life to be held in the Spring of 2025. Charitable donations to the Canadian Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
