Mar 26, 1937 - Apr 4, 2025 Ritchie, James With sadness the family of James (Jim) Alexander Ritchie announces his passing, April 4, 2025, at the Meadow Park Nursing Home, London ON at 88 years of age. Predeceased by his wife, Carole (1999). Much loved father of Brian Ritchie of Guelph and Carrie Fieldhouse (Trent) of London. Cherished Grandfather of Paighton (Vasilios), Reece and Teagan. Jim treasured his friends and extended family. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Susan, nieces and nephews and dear friends at St. George's Anglican Church Guelph and his golf friends at the Guelph Beaverdale golf club where he enjoyed both playing and assisting with course activities. Jim retired from Cooke & Denison after a 40 year career as a machinist. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, April 10, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at St. George's Anglican Church 99 Woolwich St. Guelph ON. Visitation will commence one hour prior to the memorial service. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to St. George's Anglican Church Guelph.
