Donna M. (Phelan) Hart passed away at Guelph General Hospital on Saturday, April 19, 2025, on her 90th birthday. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Hart (2006). Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph. Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 22nd from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, April 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate.
