Hundreds of flights have been cancelled leaving travellers heading to parts of South-East Asia in limbo as a super typhoon bears down on the region. Qantas said it had little choice but to pause flights to Hong Kong as super typhoon Ragasa barrels towards the financial hub on Tuesday. Local meteorological agency Hong Kong Observatory was warning Super Typhoon Ragasa was estimated to be about 520km east-southeast of Hong Kong as of 9am AEST on Tuesday.
