A driver has been freed from the wreckage of a truck which crashed off a bridge in Queensland. The B-double truck appeared to have crashed down an embankment while driving on Yandina Coolum Rd bridge which crosses over the Bruce Hwy at Yandina about 10.30am on Tuesday. The driver was found trapped in the wreckage, which spanned the length of the embankment, when Queensland Fire Department crews arrived. The Bruce Hwy northbound is closed with diversion in place at the Yandina Coolum Rd off ramp and on ramp. Traffic can be seen backing up along the Bruce Hwy for about 3km.
