The article is the same as has been posted on far too many occasions. We all know about the charges and we all know about the delays but who is delaying things right now - The Premier League ! Manchester City have asked since the start of this fiasco that the situation be resolved as soon as possible and here we are waiting for the Premier League to come up with a case. City have got all their evidence but they will not and should not reveal it until the case starts. As yet, from the
Premier League, all we have are allegations and charges without any information and evidence and without a date for the case. It's well beyond the time that you journalists started asking the Premier League what the problem is and what is taking so long instead of just speculating about what the punishment is going to be ? Don't you find it interesting that the Premier League haven't presented any information to the press about the substance behind the charges ? Why are you discussing punishments when you don't know what, if anything, is to be punished ? Have you heard of the saying "the punishment should fit the crime" ? At the moment there is no crime, nothing has been proven, all there is, is a bunch of unproven allegations that have been made without the presentation of any evidence so at the moment the punishment under discussion should be "there is no punishment because there is no crime" ( until proven otherwise ). So stop all the "false allegations", stop the "slander" ( for which you might become accountable ), stop all the hysterical speculation and if you want to blame anyone for the current situation, blame the Premier League because they are the root cause of all this speculative nonsense !!
