Imagine coming home to that just because your neighbour left an ignition source on their balcony. It was fast too, by 0:34 the balcony ceiling had ignited. A example of why it would be good to have fire walls in the attic (I don't know if this is practical from a construction point of view). It doesn't seem like an aerial ladder was used?
