Why didn't the person taking the video, instead of moaning helplessly and recording the incident, run up the road and flag the oncoming traffic about the hazard? Many of these impacts could have been avoided. This video is over 4 minutes long. It would have taken only a minute or two to get far enough back to warn the drivers, get them to set flares. Instead this person stupidly is asking, "What should we do?!" Wow. No amount of education can help people like this.
