I would've expected Big Boss Man or Baby What You Want Me To Do over Bright Lights, Big City. Both of those were covered approximately one million times, and Big Boss Man has one of those signature riffs/grooves that shows up in many other tunes. It also irks me slightly that Gary Moore has done class versions of several of these songs but never gets mentioned. From the many blues classics he did memorably, I'd probably add The Sky Is Crying (Elmore James) and Walking by Myself (Jimmy Rogers) to this list.
