You should know by now that Manifestos are just about always wish lists and that whoever gets a majority in Bristol City Council will have the same intractable problems to deal with and no money to do any of it. If Labour win the next parlmentary election it may be that a Labour run council ( minus mayor) will have a better chance to get the council funded as it should be after years of Tory deprivation. If the Greens get in...well...no chance as they will have no pull with the new Labour government plus they are attacking Labour in the local elections rather than selling their own policies. So all the promises they may eventually put forward will never be realized.
