I have not passed the storage location in a couple of years. I had to go to the city's facility garage earlier today and glanced over at the storage lot of the old diner, which is located next door. Sadly, it has been almost completely stripped. Almost all of the stainless panels and windows are gone with just a few thin trim panels of the overhang stainless remaining. It is basically a steel frame shell that you can look directly through. You can see a couple of the old counters still mounted to the floor but it appears to be too far gone to save. What a shame to have such a piece of roadside Americana architecture lost forever!!
