The proposal also includes the 'breaking in' and educating of young horses for professional sectors such as national hunt jump racing, flat racing, and other professional disciplines. The proposed site for the training loop reportedly yields significantly lower than other farm parts. The land will be accessible via a privately-owned farm track, with no new access point required.
