Foxbury Fields Vineyard and the other vineyards—Three Choirs, Chase End, Bromesberrow Place, Marlbank, and Two Beacons—are collectively known as The Malvern Hills Vineyards. Heather Williamson, co-founder of Foxbury Fields Vineyard and chairman of Hereford-based Wyevale Nurseries, said: "We’re delighted to be collaborating with these wonderful vineyards on this joint venture. The UK wine industry is growing significantly, with WineGB’s ‘UK Wine Tourism in 2024 Report’ showing a 55 per cent rise in visits to vineyards and wineries. Martin Fowke, managing director at Three Choirs, said: "We’ve been growing grapes at Three Choirs since 1973. The youngest vineyard in the collaboration, Marlbank, planted 1,500 pinot noir vines on marl soils, similar to those in Burgundy, in 2020.
