According to agents, Sidney Phillips, Border Bean, in Kington's High Street, has gone under offer after being put up for sale with a price tag of £295,000.
The cafe was put on the market earlier this year after the owners decided it was the right time to hang their aprons up.

The agents described the sale as an "excellent opportunity" for those wishing to operate a well-established cafe in a bustling area, with the added possibility of further income through a two-bedroom and three-bedroom flat.
The commercial areas include a "two-cafe section", one which seats 16, and the other accommodating 22 customers.
