A DRUG-driver caught out twice in Hereford in just a few months has been banned from the roads. Harvey Young entered guilty pleas to two counts of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in September. The 22-year-old had been caught out in Hereford's Station Approach after getting behind the wheel of a silver Hyundai Getz while over the drug limit on July 16, prosecutor Camilla Toscano told Hereford magistrates.
