Fear and confusion overwhelmed accused Kelowna murderer Brandon Davina just minutes after his arrest, according to witness testimony.
Davina, charged with the second-degree murder of Brianna Jankauskas, has pleaded not guilty.
On day eight of the voir dire on Tuesday, Sept. 23, the Crown called Const.
A voir dire is a trial within a trial in which the judge determines whether certain evidence presented by the Crown is admissible.
The voir dire is expected to continue at least three more days.
