Brandy Jackson has opened 313 Cinnamon Rolls in Midtown at 119 Garfield St., Suite 200. Dubbed a “Cinntique,” a portmanteau of “cinnamon” and “boutique,” the space offers up to 30 rotating flavors of what Jackson calls “Cinnys,” or her name for her cinnamon rolls. “I started 313 Cinnamon Rolls because I really missed a sweet treat when I started my vegan lifestyle journey,” Jackson says in a statement. Flavors include “The Trad” with vanilla icing, “The OG” with lemon icing, “The Up!” with 7-Up dough and glaze, “The What’s Up Doc? “I have this beautiful space and I want to share it with other small businesses!” Jackson says.
