Former teacher from SidcupPaul Clifton(Image: Surrey Police)Former teacher Paul Clifton, 55, of Old Farm Avenue in Sidcup, groomed and sexually abused two pupils. Clifton abused a 16-year-old girl at a south east London school in 2006 then went on to abuse a 15-year-old girl at a school in Surrey in 2017. The English teacher groomed the girls by giving them extra attention and gifts before he coerced them into lengthy sexual relationships. He later pleaded guilty to 13 counts of theft from a shop and was jailed for 22 months.
