With over 900 tickets sold, the land at Beck Evan’s farm is being transformed into Becksfest. The event on Saturday, September 27 is taking place from 12pm to 8pm and is for people of all ages. Nicola Evans who runs the site with her brothers said that the aim for the event is “just about having a nice family weekend.”Penelope’s Restaurant and Farm Shop, on the site of Beck Evan’s farm(Image: Beck Evan's farm)She said: “It’s all about bringing the community together to have some great fun at the end of summer. The party also continues into the night, with Penelope’s Farm Shop hosting an after-party from 8-10pm. Danny Evans, another of the sites co-runners says the family have always attempted to be involved within the community, and the hopes for this to continue.
