TEHRAN (Tasnim) A lawmaker said the motion on Irans withdrawal from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) has completed its review process and is now prepared to be put before Parliament for a vote. According to the lawmaker, this measure would serve as a firm and clear response to Europes breaches and hostile actions. By triggering the snapback mechanism against Iran, the Europeans demonstrated that they are not committed to their obligations. Under such circumstances, it is natural for Iran to adopt serious and strategic decisions (in response to)this irresponsible approach, the MP said. He warned that European parties must understand their illogical and hostile actions will not go unanswered, stressing that Iran will defend its national interests and security with resolute and proportionate decisions.
