TEHRAN (Tasnim) Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed the need for greater unity and cooperation among Islamic countries, with particular emphasis on strengthening relations between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan. He said Iran is ready to expand collaboration in political, economic, and cultural fields, noting that there are no barriers to closer engagement. Referring to his recent trip to Azerbaijan Republic, the president pointed to positive agreements reached between senior officials of both nations and stressed that utilizing the full potential of cooperation would benefit both sides. Mustafayev, delivering greetings from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reaffirmed Bakus commitment to developing relations with Tehran. The deputy Azeri prime minister highlighted ongoing cooperation in agriculture, industry, energy, and joint projects, and reiterated Azerbaijans intention to deepen these efforts.
