PIKEVILLE – The Pikeville Panthers returned home from Gatlinburg, Tenn., to host the 67th annual Pikeville Invitational Tournament this past weekend at T.W. Oliver Memorial Gymnasium. Pikeville took the title with a dominating performance against Louisville Southern, rolling 77-57 in the matchup played Dec. 28. Rylee Samons poured in 27 points and Laithan Hall added 20 as the Panthers moved to 6-4. Grayson Harris added 11 and Seth Pugh chipped in nine.
