PIKEVILLE – Shelby Valley is headed back to the girls’ All “A” Classic state tournament following a 61-45 victory over Phelps in the 15th Region finals played at the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Monday night. The Lady Cats, now 11-5, were able to pull away from Phelps (11-6) midway through the second half to punch their ticket. Alyssa Elswick finished with a game-high 21 points and Zoee Johnson came off the bench to add 12. Tori Hampton tallied nine and Laci Johnson added eight.
