PHELPS – Lawrence County hit 12, three-point goals to pull away and beat Phelps, 69-55, in a game played at the McCoy Athletic Center on Saturday. Cody Maynard fired in 19 points to lead three Bulldogs, now 12-8, in double figures. Chase Sartin finished with 18 and Tyler Maynard tallied 15. Dom Francis paced the Hornets (10-10) with 19 points while Trey Francis knocked in 16 and Jason Casey finished with 10.
