PIKEVILLE – Defending 15th Region champion Pikeville ran out to an 11-0 lead and never looked back in rolling past Lawrence County, 69-51, in the quarterfinal matchup played at the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Tuesday night. McKenzie Maynard, playing in her second game since becoming eligible, paced the Lady Panthers (24-7) with 20 points and Alivia Gearheart followed with 14.
