PIKEVILLE – Belfry High School’s Katie Ball was dominate all season long. She averaged 22.7 points per game (ppg.) and 14.5 rebounds (rpg.) in helping the Lady Pirates advance to the 15th Region tournament. Her dominance on the court has earned her Mountain Top Sports’ Player of the Year honors.
