PIKEVILLE – Shelby Valley senior standout Cody Potter has worked his way to the top of the mountain among 15th Region athletes. He finished out his senior season averaging 24.6 points per game and 10 rebounds, while helping the Wildcats reach the regional tournament semifinals. Potter’s body of work has earned him Mountain Top Sports’ Player of the Year honors. His team finished 25-8. He leads an outstanding group of hoopster honored Tuesday.
