Letcher Central quarterback Carson Adams had a big game in leading the Cougars to a 51-14 win over Harlan County at Coal Miner’s Memorial Stadium on Friday night. Adams passed for 257 yards and four touchdowns, and he rushed for 115 yards and three scores on just seven carries as the Cougars moved to 5-1 and won their third straight game. His effort has earned him the Mountain Top Sports/Buffalo Wild Wings Player of the Week honors.
