Defending 15th Region champion Pikeville pulled away from Paintsville in the third period and rolled to a 73-43 win in the quarterfinals of the All “A” Classic matchup played at the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Friday night. Trinity Rowe poured in 20 points to lead four Lady Panthers in double-figure scoring as Pikeville improved to 10-1. Kyera Thornsbury followed with 19 points while Kristen Whited added 15 and Kylie Alvin came off the bench to net 11. Pikeville will next face Martin County in the semifinals on Monday night.
