Roadside vegetation management is planned for the Elands area and The Bucketts Way. Vegetation management has been made significantly harder due to the multiple extreme weather events this year. Crews manage roadside vegetation through spraying, trimming, mowing, and slashing. Given the current challenges, the focus is on safety rather than beautification, with works aimed at improving visibility around corners, intersections, and signs, reducing fire risk, and helping drivers see hazards more clearly.
