Herts Police have appealed for information this afternoon (September 20) after Ruby went missing from Hemel Hempstead. She was last seen in the town at 11pm yesterday and is thought to be wearing a black jacket with a grey fur hood and black trainers. Anyone who believes they are with Ruby, or that they have seen her in the last few moments, is asked to call 999 quoting ISR177 of 20 September.
