The Watford Observer has spoken to some of the newest landlords at local boozers over the past year to find out what they are doing to enable their businesses to succeed amid trying times in the industry. See what they said below:The King Stag, BusheyTim and Michael Harman, who took over The Royal Oak, in Watford Heath, last May, added The King Stag in Bushey to their portfolio of local pubs in May. He told the Watford Observer how he aims to bring that transformation about and make it sustainable. After reopening the 17th century Church Lane venue in August, she told the Watford Observer how she aims to run them as complimentary businesses and not competitors. Former London café owners Natalie and Max Walker have big plans in the works after moving in earlier this month.
