Pastor Geert Tap has been the lead chaplain of the Watford Town Centre Chaplaincy for the past three years, having started volunteering with it in 2016. “It immediately had an effect, according to the police, that the crime rate and the issues on the Friday and Saturday night dropped drastically,” explained Revd Tap.
