However, in this instance it is considered that the adverse impact of the development upon the human rights of the third parties outweighs the impact upon the human rights of the applicants." They added that they feel the HMO would be a "potential monstrosity". At time of writing it is unclear whether the applicant intends to lodge an appeal or submit a revised application.
