New signs will go up outside the Harlequin's Primark after a planning application submitted in July was approved by the borough council yesterday (September 22). This includes removing the steel letters above the main entrance from the high street for white illuminated replacements, putting a panel saying 'Primark' by the window from Queens Road instead of existing individual letters, and redesigning the ‘Hong Kong’ and ‘bus stop’ style signs around the outside. The lettering high up on the wall alongside Queens Road will be removed and not replaced.
