Residents have raised concerns over land at the rear of 119 Hempstead Road, Kings Langley, after the site appeared to have been cleared, with a digger and static caravan spotted. A plan to change its use to a “residential gypsy/traveller caravan site” with four static caravans, hardstanding, and a communal amenity building had been submitted in July.
