Café could lose outside decking after complaint forces expensive planning app

Brass Monkey in Radlett is lobbying the public for support after receiving a complaint that has forced an application to Hertsmere Borough Council.
In a message shared on social media over the weekend, Brass Monkey said: "Since then (2023), the decking has thrived, providing a hub for the community, customers and dog owners to come, socialise, people watch and of course drink excellent coffee!

At time of writing, there are 142 supporting comments on the planning portal ahead of Thursday's (September 25) deadline.
