Very well put. The ACFTU cannot be accepted as a trade union, anymore than the German Labour Front was in the 1930s. And that was excluded from the ILO. As the basic human right to form and join independent trade unions is denied to workers in China, how will companies justify sourcing from China when they carry out their HRRD.?
