Concern over ‘negligent parking’ moves double yellow line request forward
['Jamie Singleton']
Wiltshire Times | News
If approved, the requests would see double yellow lines painted on residential roads such as Fulford Road at its junction with St Thomas Road, and on the entrance to Osborne Road.
A town council document shows the request for Fulford Road was submitted after residents reported poor visibility on the streets.
“They found it difficult to see the cars coming and going on St Thomas Road when they drive out from Fulford road.
“Osborne road was a recent request from the elderly resident (Mr. Scull) who is a blue badge holder living in Osborne Road.
